I was nervous and had a bit of anxiety. The front desk was cordial and friendly. After being taken back to change, I was given specific instructions and a key for my privacy. Forgive me for not remembering names but the female who started my IV was very patient and showed compassion for my tiny veins. The imaging tech was respectful and checked on me to make sure I was doing ok. I left my eyes closed bc of my claustrophobia and he was wonderful. Made me feel very comfortable. I appreciated the care I received, I would use True North again.

For someone with claustrophobia and major anxiety, this office was WONDERFUL!!! From the second i walked in i felt a bit relieved with the beautiful face of a young lady (V) she was so reassuring but of course i was still nervous. The second i was escorted to the back I was greeted by another beautiful young lady (M) who brought me back to a calming feeling of security. She was so FN fantastic!!! 🥰 The amazing staff has made me want to go back for any possible test in the future. The future is now because I need another imaging done. I’m so looking forward to seeing everyone when I go back. I still have claustrophobia and anxiety but I’m confident when I have my next appointment I will be relieved right before I get in the MRI machine. Thank you to everyone that was understanding and kind to me when I wasn’t at my best!!!

The staff was very kind and very patient and very understanding. I have claustrophobia and they were very helpful. They let me know how long each section of the test was going to be and kept asking if I was OK. 100 times better than standup MRI, thank you you guys were great!

I love this place!!! The staff is amazing from the minute you walk in. C.J. at the front desk is so kind and helpful, JoAnn and the imaging tech(who’s name escapes me at the moment) are super helpful also. Its a brand new facility with new equipment so I guarantee you’ll enjoy the experience. I’m 6’4” 325lbs. and usually have had problems with MRI machines in the past but I was able to get 3 done here without a problem.
